AATE embraces diversity and encourages inclusion of all races, social classes, ages, genders, religions, sexual orientations, national origins, and abilities.
"Blind Spots"
Incite/Insight, AATE’s bimonthly digital magazine, includes a feature in every issue called "Blind Spots." "Blind Spots" is an update from AATE’s Multicultural and Diversity Forum - a forum that includes you and everyone else in AATE. "Blind Spots" refers to the ideas, thoughts, people, biases, orientations, -isms - things we don’t see as we go through our days - things that are off our radar, but should not be.
Recognizing that we all have such "blind spots" is critical to making progress in the area of diversity. We invite you to participate in the discussion through "Blind Spots." To submit an idea for "Blind Spots," please email us.
